Purchase and shipping.

Shipments are made during the week from Monday to Friday. An order may take up to 48 hours to be shipped. 

We are not responsible for any customs fees or extras once the merchandise reaches its final destination.

Return and exchange policy.

For any return or exchange, please contact us! 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange it. We do NOT make ANY REFUNDS, the jewel can be exchanged or we offer you a credit note applicable online or in store. 

Please note! For any traces of wear or if the jewel has been worn, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return. You will also be asked for proof of purchase and your order number!
