Setting up a meeting

You’re thinking of bringing your very own idea to life? Whether you want to create a bespoke engagement ring or have old heirloom jewelry you want to repurpose, we are here to help you! During our in-person meeting, we will discuss your vision, budget, and timeline to ensure you get the piece of your dreams! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us through e-mail or by calling us. You can set up a meeting through the platform at the bottom of the page, or by sending an email.

Approving your design

We will sketch your design, either by hand or by 3D design, and send it to you for revision. You will be able to make changes to the sketch – this is the time to let us know if there are any details you want to tweak! Once you approve the final design, we will get to work creating your custom creation. Production usually takes 3-4 weeks, but can be shorter or longer depending on the project.

Receive your piece

We will contact you as soon as your creation is ready. You can come pick it up in-store or it can be shipped to you!
